  • Support measures to combat climate change, including promotion of renewable energy resources and energy conservation. Support control of air pollution in Texas. 


Land Use:

  • Support coordinated land use management. Preserve agricultural land and open space, and protect areas of special significance. 


Water:

  • Support funding for safe/adequate water, including conservation measures. Support groundwater protection, conservation, and development.
